1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the AgriFert Solutions website and to the use of customer account features provided through the website.

2. Product information

AgriFert Solutions aims to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications and pricing. Product information may originate from manufacturers or suppliers. Customers should review applicable product labels, Safety Data Sheets and supplier instructions before use.

3. Availability

Product availability can change. If a product cannot be supplied as expected, AgriFert Solutions may contact the customer to discuss available alternatives, changed timing, partial fulfilment or a refund of the affected item.

4. Prices

Product prices displayed on the website are subject to change. The product prices applicable to an order are the prices shown when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors and any customer-specific pricing arrangement that applies to the customer. Delivery charges are confirmed separately after AgriFert reviews the order and delivery location.

5. Payment

No payment is required when an order is first submitted for freight confirmation. AgriFert will confirm the delivery charge and expected delivery timing, then provide the customer with the final amount payable and payment instructions. Unless AgriFert Solutions has approved another arrangement, cleared payment is required before fulfilment proceeds.

6. Delivery

AgriFert Solutions coordinates delivery to the address supplied by the customer. Because freight varies by destination, products, carrier availability and order configuration, the delivery charge and expected timing are confirmed after the order is submitted and before payment is requested. Requested delivery dates or windows remain requests rather than guaranteed delivery times unless AgriFert Solutions expressly confirms otherwise.

7. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, ensuring suitable access for delivery vehicles, complying with product storage and handling requirements, and confirming that products purchased are suitable for their intended use.

8. Accounts

Customers who create an account are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. Saved Orders and Order Again features are convenience tools only; customers should review current products, quantities and prices before submitting a repeat order.

9. Returns, refunds and problems with orders

Customers should contact AgriFert Solutions promptly if an order is incorrect, damaged or otherwise not supplied as expected. Any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by these terms.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, AgriFert Solutions is not responsible for loss arising from use of a product contrary to manufacturer instructions, product labels, Safety Data Sheets or applicable law.

11. Website availability

AgriFert Solutions may update, suspend or change website functionality from time to time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Australian jurisdiction in which AgriFert Solutions operates, subject to any mandatory consumer protection law that applies to the customer.
